Role Overview

The Senior Product Designer will take charge of core product experiences, transforming complex artificial intelligence capabilities into polished, user-friendly interfaces. This position requires someone who can independently drive projects from initial exploration through to launch and iteration. Key Responsibilities

Own the product design lifecycle entirely, covering problem framing, user flows, and production-ready user interfaces across web and product surfaces.
Guide initiatives from concept to launch by establishing priorities and moving forward autonomously without needing micromanagement.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to shape product direction and requirements.
Challenge assumptions and uncover user problems to propose superior product solutions instead of simply executing predetermined instructions.
Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity layouts, and implementation specifications.
Maintain design consistency and contribute to scaling systems and guidelines.
Utilize artificial intelligence tools to speed up ideation, production, and iteration cycles.

Requirements

Proven background in product design accompanied by a portfolio featuring live, shipped work rather than just conceptual designs.
Demonstrated ability as a self-starter who excels with high autonomy and can manage projects from scratch with minimal oversight.
Expert mastery of Figma and contemporary design software alongside a sharp eye for typography, layout, and interaction.
Working familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Git for coding prototypes, resolving minor front-end issues, and partnering smoothly with engineering teams.
Strong fluency in AI creative and prototyping tools to enhance speed and output.
Exceptional organization, personal accountability, and a deep curiosity for learning.
Sound judgment to balance design craft with core business objectives and user requirements.
Clear communication skills capable of aligning design, engineering, and product partners.

Nice to Have

Prior experience utilizing animation or motion design tools such as Rive or After Effects.
