Key Responsibilities

Partner strategically with hiring leaders to establish priorities, organizational design, and proactive talent pipelines.
Source, engage, and nurture candidates across hardware, software, design, research, and operations.
Utilize recruitment data such as funnels, pass-through rates, cycle time, and source mix to enhance processes and compensation strategies.
Develop interview frameworks and rubrics to maintain inclusive assessments and positive candidate experiences.
Deliver closing narratives and manage competitive negotiations.
Partner with sourcing colleagues to build talent maps and long-term pipelines.

Requirements

Possess at least eight years of recruiting experience within highly technical fields.
Demonstrate a track record of hiring across hardware, software, design, research, or operations.
Influence stakeholders using clear data and market insights while communicating effectively with executives and candidates.
Manage complex candidate closures by balancing individual motivations, market conditions, and compensation frameworks.
Adapt successfully to fast-paced, ambiguous settings with a focus on safety and impact.
