About this role

Delivering an AI platform capability that spans multiple engineering teams and enterprise customer timelines without compromising quality, reliability, or security is the core challenge solved by this role. Parloa seeks a Senior Technical Program Management professional to lead a strategic cross-organizational program from definition through launch within the enterprise conversational AI space.

Working alongside engineering, product, platform, security, legal, and commercial teams, the individual in this position will own the integrated execution plan, dependency management, and launch readiness mechanisms. Success in the role requires deep technical credibility to discuss architecture and rollout strategies with senior engineers, combined with exceptional written communication skills to drive executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates high learning velocity, and acts as a trusted owner of critical business outcomes.

What you will do

  • Serve as the accountable leader for a strategic cross-organizational program with clear business impact.
  • Build and maintain the integrated execution plan covering milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and cross-team commitments.
  • Drive end-to-end risk management by identifying leading indicators, removing blockers, and tracking mitigations.
  • Define and continuously raise the quality bar by establishing objective launch criteria across functionality, reliability, security, and operational readiness.
  • Lead release readiness across engineering, product, platform, security, legal, and commercial teams.
  • Make delivery trade-offs explicit by ensuring decisions are documented and supported by clear mitigation plans.
  • Drive executive decision-making through concise written narratives, data, and clear recommendations.
  • Influence technical and organizational decisions without direct authority to align stakeholders around shared outcomes.

What you need

  • Bring 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience or equivalent experience leading large-scale technical programs with software engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate proven experience delivering complex cross-functional programs from definition through launch across organizations not directly managed.
  • Possess experience leading release readiness for production systems, including defining objective launch criteria.
  • Show a strong track record of identifying delivery risk early, driving mitigation plans, and making effective escalation decisions.
  • Exhibit sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with senior engineers on architecture, rollout strategies, system dependencies, and engineering trade-offs.
  • Have experience defining program metrics and using data to guide execution and executive decision-making.
  • Possess exceptional written communication skills to distill complex technical situations into clear narratives for leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering AI, machine learning or LLM-powered products at scale, ideally in a high-growth engineering organization.
  • Experience building program management mechanisms that became durable organizational practices.
