Producing unconventional, social-first creative and leveraging generative AI to build recurring shows, characters, and series define the daily focus of this role. Operating within the marketing team, the person in this position runs an experimental creative engine, crafting video, image, and audio formats while moving quickly on industry trends, culture, and news.

What you will do
- Develop unconventional, social-first creative that earns attention across major platforms.
- Use generative AI to create videos, images, and entirely new content formats.
- Build recurring shows, characters, and series around the company, customers, people, and industry.
- Move quickly on news, culture, trends, and industry conversations with relevant creative output.
- Turn executives and employees into compelling content by capturing their ideas, expertise, and personalities.
- Partner with brand, social, product, and growth to bring bigger creative ideas to life.
What you need
- Bring at least three years of experience creating content, or an exceptional portfolio that makes the number irrelevant.
- Possess strong creative instincts and understand what makes people stop, watch, and share content.
- Demonstrate comfort shooting, editing, and producing video independently using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, or Riverside.
- Actively experiment with generative AI across video, image, audio, and emerging formats.
- Understand how content functions differently across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.

What is the salary range for this position?
The salary range is $137,000 to $158,000 USD, which includes OTE.
