Key Responsibilities

Build and execute end-to-end talent strategies that assist hiring leaders in constructing high-performing teams, operating similarly to a go-to-market sales plan.
Develop proactive pipeline strategies and conduct passive candidate outreach using an extensive network of industry contacts.
Manage relationships with Americas leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, HR business partners, and compensation teams.
Partner with automated AI agents and generative tools to eliminate manual tasks, scale administrative outreach workflows, and synthesize complex market data.
Utilize foundational data layers and recruitment analytics—such as time-to-hire and source efficiency metrics—to inform talent strategies.
Lead strategic employer branding initiatives tailored to the Americas market to elevate the organization's profile as a top destination for talent.

Requirements

Ability to operate with strategic problem-solving skills, anticipating bottlenecks and resolving complex organizational issues independently.
Effective negotiation and closing capabilities grounded in a thorough understanding of the company's value proposition.
