Key Responsibilities

Design and execute robust hiring strategies to assist leaders in establishing strong teams.
Develop proactive pipeline strategies and conduct passive candidate outreach utilizing an extensive professional network and multiple sourcing channels.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with executive leadership, Finance, Human Resources Business Partners, and compensation teams.
Partner with automated AI agents and generative tools to eliminate manual administrative tasks, streamline outreach workflows, and analyze complex market data.
Utilize foundational data layers and recruitment analytics, such as time-to-hire and source efficiency metrics, to guide operational decisions.

Requirements

Strong capacity for strategic problem solving, anticipating bottlenecks, and resolving organizational issues with high autonomy.
