Create reusable Agent Skills and structured workflows that establish team-wide engineering patterns.
Develop automated evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and quality gates to monitor and prevent agent regressions.
Optimize reliability, latency, and cost per successful run as primary system metrics.
Ship polished, end-to-end production frontend experiences utilizing React and Next.js for agent-driven products.
Track the fast-moving agent ecosystem and drive technical decisions regarding what technologies belong in the stack.

Requirements

7+ years of comprehensive full-stack engineering experience owning and shipping production systems at scale.
2+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready LLM-powered agents beyond basic prototypes.
Expertise in agent architecture fundamentals, including memory management, tool use, sub-agent orchestration, and multi-step planning.
Proven background in creating evaluation frameworks and observability practices for agentic systems.
Strong system design and data modeling capabilities covering state, schemas, and robust API design.
Experience authoring reusable agent workflows or skills for engineering teams.
Demonstrated technical leadership with a history of driving successful architectural decisions.
Proficiency in AI-assisted coding practices utilizing tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
High product sense focused on delivering trustworthy and delightful agent experiences.
