Senior solutions architect (Central)
About this role
Guiding enterprise clients through technical discovery sessions, architecting secure generative AI solutions, and leading proofs of concept form the core daily work for this position. Operating within the solutions architecture team, the person in this role collaborates closely with Fortune 500 prospects to translate complex business challenges into clear technical strategies built on the company's platform and LLMs. The opening exists to accelerate customer adoption and bridge the gap between business needs and technological capabilities, reporting directly to the Director of solutions architecture from the Chicago hub.

What you will do
- Conduct strategic technical discovery sessions with Fortune 500 prospects and customers to map business challenges to AI-powered solutions.
- Design and architect secure, scalable generative AI applications utilizing the platform, APIs, and custom tools.
- Execute proofs of concept and build custom templates to demonstrate tangible value and accelerate customer deployment.
- Advise C-suite executives and technical leaders on generative AI strategy and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Educate prospects and partners on platform capabilities and API usage to foster independent innovation.
What you need
- Bring at least five years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect, enterprise architect, or sales engineering within B2B SaaS environments.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of generative AI principles, large language models, and prompt engineering best practices.
- Possess programming experience in Python along with proficiency in handling APIs and orchestrating end-to-end workflows.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation abilities to translate technical concepts for diverse executive audiences.
- Show a proven capability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions and solve complex enterprise-level technical challenges.

The salary range is $194K to $228K, with offers including equity and commission.
