Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, activation experiences, and trial journeys.
Develop responsive, complex, and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
Create and maintain backend logic and API integrations to support smooth user-facing functionality.
Launch, create, and evaluate product variations and A/B tests aimed at boosting activation, trial conversion, and feature adoption.
Measure impact and guide future iterations by utilizing product analytics and experimentation results.
Own projects end-to-end, managing everything from technical design and implementation to monitoring and release.
Collaborate closely with product managers, data analysts, designers, and fellow engineers to turn insights into solutions.
Maintain high standards for engineering quality and user experience while moving quickly.

Requirements

Extensive professional background as a software or full-stack engineer with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend tasks.
Deep expertise in frontend development, building modern web applications, reactive interfaces, and complex UI components.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks like React.
Proven ability to design and integrate APIs alongside building necessary backend services.
Product-driven mindset with a focus on analyzing user behavior, removing friction, and enhancing customer pathways.
Familiarity with conversion funnels, product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
Capability to handle ambiguous challenges and drive solutions from concept to production.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working across multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have

Previous background in a product-led SaaS company.
Experience working within growth engineering or product-focused engineering teams.
Practical experience optimizing conversion funnels, activation, monetization, or onboarding.
Background in implementing A/B tests or rapid experimentation frameworks.
Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation platforms.
Experience thriving in collaborative, fast-paced environments focused on technical delivery and discovery.
