Role Overview

HappyRobot seeks a Senior Recruiter to join the operations department and partner directly with founders and hiring managers. This position focuses on attracting top-tier talent, scaling the team efficiently, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact to final offer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for technical, go-to-market, and operational roles.
Collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, establish evaluation criteria, and align on scorecodes.
Maintain momentum in hiring processes to unblock recruitment needs and move candidates swiftly.
Refine sourcing methods, outreach tactics, and overall recruiting strategies.
Develop scalable operational systems, processes, and reporting metrics.
Promote employer branding initiatives through professional networks, referrals, and industry events.

Requirements

Possess four to six or more years of dedicated recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-growing startup.
Demonstrate a proven track record of hiring across diverse functions encompassing both technical and business roles.
Exhibit strong sourcing abilities and creative techniques for identifying elite talent.
Demonstrate the capacity to manage roles independently with minimal oversight.
Display excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to close candidates effectively.
Thrive when operating within fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Maintain high organization levels and a strong sense of urgency.
