The Senior Program Manager for Growth position at Glance is an onsite role based in San Mateo, California, tailored for professionals who excel at bridging financial strategy, partner relations, and execution. Key Responsibilities

Own and monitor growth levers across Glance's Revenue, Device, and Daily Active Users (DAU).
Build financial models and size investments for device acquisition deals involving new and existing OEM and Telco partners.
Supply partner account management teams with revenue projections and business models to support contract negotiations.
Pitch new business opportunities directly to OEMs and Telcos across the US, Brazil, Mexico, and Europe.
Collaborate with product and tech teams across the United States and Bangalore to ensure timely feature delivery and execution.
Work alongside system integrators, OEMs, and Telcos to facilitate app updates and maximize device footprint growth.

Requirements

Bring 6 to 8+ years of program or partner management experience, preferably within device, telecom, or platform ecosystems.
Demonstrate direct experience in building financial and deal models.
Possess a strong background in managing complex, cross-functional programs across distributed international teams.
Show direct experience working with OEMs, Telcos, or System Integrators.
Maintain comfort operating in high ambiguity and driving alignment without formal authority.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and analytical fluency to translate growth metrics into actionable deal stories.
Background in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.

Base salary range: $224,500 to $264,500 USD per year (applicable to California and New York offices).
