Role Overview

Glance is seeking a Senior Associate for Financial Planning and Analysis to strengthen its finance organization in Bangalore. The individual will focus on monthly revenue closing, management information system reporting, and process automation while maintaining financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the monthly revenue closure process to guarantee accurate reporting across various markets, original equipment manufacturers, and businesses.
Coordinate with accounting, controllership, and business teams to address adjustments, reconciliations, accruals, and revenue variances.
Compile and distribute monthly management information system reports and dashboards displaying revenue and performance metrics.
Partner with controllership to maintain audit-ready revenue recognition, financial reporting, invoicing, and accrual processes.
Implement reporting automation using visualization and data tools to minimize manual work and accelerate reporting schedules.
Identify gaps in current procedures to enforce standardization, scalability, and efficiency across financial planning operations.
Support profit and loss closures, cost tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, and ad-hoc executive business reporting.

Requirements

Hold an MBA in Finance or a Chartered Accountant qualification.
Bring two to three years of professional background working within financial planning and analysis.
Possess comprehension of revenue reporting, performance management, forecasting, and month-end closing activities.
Demonstrate the capability to execute process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and automation.
Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills suited for a fast-paced environment.
