Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager, Enterprise will drive the generative AI creative platform's expansion into large enterprise accounts. Working closely with the founders and a global engineering team, the person in this position will shape tools designed for multi-seat enterprise environments while operating in a fast-moving, nimble team setting.

Key Responsibilities

Build out multi-seat, team-based collaboration tools for enterprise clients.
Develop enterprise-grade admin controls, permissions, roles, audit logs, and compliance features.
Design custom billing systems tailored for enterprise contracts rather than self-serve billing.
Enhance core generative AI creative tooling to meet the specific requirements of enterprise users.
Partner directly with the sales team to translate enterprise buyer needs into actionable product requirements.
Coordinate across various product teams to maintain a cohesive experience for both enterprise and consumer users.

Requirements

Extensive senior-level product management experience focusing on enterprise products.
Demonstrated background working with enterprise SaaS, admin tooling, billing, and security or compliance features.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align engineering, design, sales, and leadership around a shared roadmap.
Ability to operate with ambiguity while owning a distinct product area.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical engineering concepts and business stakeholder needs.
Proven track record of shipping complex, multi-stakeholder products from end to end.
User-centric mindset with direct experience conducting user interviews and discovery calls with enterprise clients.
Advanced use of AI for daily productivity.

Nice to Have

Experience building products for advertisers, marketers, creative studios, or film producers.
Prior experience building and selling AI products in a B2B or enterprise context.
