What you will do
- Lead the strategic design, iteration, and execution of AI-powered products centered on care plan personalization and clinical assessment automation.
- Assume full ownership of complex, clinically critical product areas, managing the process from initial problem discovery through to launch and iteration.
- Translate complex, real-world clinical workflows involving RN case managers and caregivers into intuitive and scalable product experiences.
- Collaborate with providers, payors, and regulators to develop new models of care delivery supported by AI evaluation against clinical protocols.
- Act as a senior leader to set high standards for product clarity and judgment, mentoring peers in decision-making and shipping processes.
What you need
- Possesses a minimum of six years of professional experience as a Product Manager.
- Demonstrates a strong track record in building and shipping AI-powered products, including experience with LLMs or generative AI systems.
- Has a proven history of owning, shipping, and scaling impactful products end-to-end across web and mobile platforms.
- Requires strong execution and communication skills to distill complex inputs into clear, prioritized roadmaps and actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Must have experience building complex workflow products or data-heavy systems within healthcare or highly regulated environments.
