Think systematically by identifying patterns, supporting reuse, and contributing directly to the design system for scalability and high craft.
Share design rationale effectively, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and promote top-tier quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Integrate AI-powered tools into daily design workflows to accelerate output and elevate the overall ceiling of quality.

Requirements

Six or more years of professional product design experience working within B2B SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
Hands-on practical background designing AI capabilities including predictive insights, agents, and natural language interfaces for real-world users.
Outstanding visual and interaction design capabilities with a strong focus on motion, layout, color, typography, and spacing.
Demonstrated ability as a systems thinker who recognizes patterns, builds for reuse, and scales design choices across ecosystems.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to present design intent, handle ambiguity, and guide cross-functional partners.
Professional fluency in spoken and written English to collaborate across teams and present concepts to executive leadership.
