Senior Product Design Manager, Enterprise

Scale AI is seeking a design leader to set the direction for Enterprise design and guide a growing team in London. Daily responsibilities include defining exceptional design standards for complex decision-making tools, partnering with product and engineering counterparts to prioritize execution from problem scoping to delivery, and shaping human-agent interaction patterns. The enterprise team builds full-stack AI applications and platforms for global enterprise and public sector customers, making advanced AI capabilities accessible, intuitive, and trusted.
This role exists to scale design execution, raise the craft bar for B2B workflows, and ensure solutions remain firmly grounded in customer needs. What you will do
- Define the overarching design vision and direction for Enterprise products used in high-stakes customer environments.
- Manage, hire, and mentor a growing team of product designers while establishing supportive team culture and operating rhythms.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to set priorities and embed design from problem scoping through delivery.
- Uphold high quality standards and principles, pushing the team to rethink traditional workflows in the context of artificial intelligence.
- Contribute to the shared design system by championing consistent component use and pattern adoption.
- Establish user research habits and cadences to ensure all decisions connect directly to real enterprise needs.
- Shape interaction patterns for human-in-the-loop systems and human-agent collaboration.
What you need
- Bring five or more years of experience managing product design teams.
- Demonstrate a proven background in simplifying data-dense, power-user workflows into elegant B2B solutions.
- Show a customer-centric mindset with a history of grounding design choices in user needs and business impact.
- Demonstrate fluency in how artificial intelligence transforms design practice, tooling, and native workflows.
- Possess experience designing for agentic platforms and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Balance speed and quality effectively by prioritizing ruthlessly to ship products without sacrificing craft.
- Communicate clearly with various stakeholders ranging from leadership to front-line product managers.
