Contribute to technical evaluations and architectural decisions regarding AI providers, tools, and platforms to inform build-versus-buy strategies.
Design and execute internal AI training and enablement programs, such as workshops, office hours, and documentation to build cross-functional fluency.
Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and IT teams to ensure all AI deployments satisfy government security and compliance standards.
Monitor the evolving artificial intelligence landscape to identify new models and capabilities that can accelerate company milestones.

Requirements

Typically 5 or more years of software engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering experience building production systems independently.
Professional background in software development with proficiency in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.
Practical experience utilizing modern AI-powered development tools to deliver production code and automate tasks.
Familiarity with large language model APIs, prompt engineering, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to build integrations across software systems utilizing APIs, webhooks, or authentication flows.
Effective communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
