Key Responsibilities

Act as a clinical resource for sales and partner success teams by demonstrating how ambient solutions improve clinical workflows.
Partner directly with commercial teams during product demonstrations, customer presentations, and strategic meetings.
Engage prospective and current clients, including senior healthcare executives, to articulate clinical value and support adoption.
Relay field feedback to product and engineering departments to prioritize enhancements that meet clinical requirements.
Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a knowledgeable clinical thought leader.
Function as a primary product expert, aligning customer needs with ongoing solution capabilities and the product roadmap.

Requirements

Significant professional background as a Medical Doctor (MD), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Demonstrated track record working in healthcare technology roles, such as Enterprise Analytics, Clinical Informatics, or Implementation Executive.
Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex technical and clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven executive presence with comfort engaging and influencing C-suite leaders including CIOs, CMIOs, and CFOs.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong analytical and strategic mindset to evaluate clinical workflows and design technological solutions.

Nice to Have

Direct experience in clinical success, clinical analytics, or implementation leadership within major health systems or health tech companies like Epic.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects or manage teams focusing on healthcare quality, informatics, and analytics.
