Role Overview

The Senior Oracle Procurement Specialist at Cloudflare drives the strategy and execution of the global procurement technology ecosystem in Bengaluru, India. This in-office role suits an experienced procurement technologist who can bridge the gap between user-centric intake and rigorous financial controls across Zip and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize the global Source-to-Pay process to ensure smooth hand-offs between upstream sourcing and downstream payables.
Act as the functional lead for both Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement by configuring workflows, requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier portals.
Own the functional health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration and monitor data flows for requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier master data.
Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting to translate business policies into tech stack logic.
Manage data governance, compliance screening, category code mapping, cost centers, and tax attributes between the Zip UI and Oracle GL.
Manage quarterly update cycles and impact assessments for both platforms.
Lead the adoption and governance of Oracle's embedded and custom AI agents like the Procurement Policy Advisor.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement, including Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, and the Supplier Model.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Zip or Zip HQ.
Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, encompassing the PR/PO lifecycle, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
Proven experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
Strong ability to map complex, cross-functional business processes and remove bottlenecks.

Nice to Have

Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in live production environments.
Background in an organization transitioning to the Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with the Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management system.
Familiarity with third-party supporting software such as Ironclad and Navan.
Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry.
Relevant professional product or functional certifications, such as Oracle Cloud certifications.
Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
