Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary clinical resource to support sales and partner success teams by demonstrating workflow and outcome enhancements.
Partner directly with commercial teams during customer presentations, software demonstrations, and strategic discussions.
Engage directly with prospective and current health system leadership to articulate clinical value and facilitate software adoption.
Translate customer insights and feedback from interactions into actionable feature requests for product and engineering teams.
Represent the organization as a clinical thought leader at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
Collaborate continuously with the product team to ensure alignment between real-world nursing needs and software capabilities.

Requirements

Significant professional background as a Registered Nurse, with preferred experience in acute care, critical care, or medical-surgical environments.
Demonstrated track record working in health technology roles such as clinical informatics, implementation executive, or enterprise analytics.
Exceptional ability to explain complex clinical and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven executive presence with comfort engaging and influencing C-level leaders like CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CFOs.
Strong capability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Analytical mindset capable of evaluating hospital workflows and translating clinical requirements into technology solutions.

Nice to Have

Possession of an MSN or equivalent advanced nursing degree.
Direct background in clinical success, implementation leadership, or clinical analytics within major health systems or health tech organizations like Epic.
Experience managing complex projects or leading initiatives related to healthcare quality, informatics, and analytics.
