Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The base salary range for this full-time position in the locations of San Francisco, New York, and Seattle is $216,000 to $270,000 USD, determined during the interview process based on work location, skills, experience, and qualifications. Scale employees in eligible roles are granted equity-based compensation subject to Board of Director approval. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, a commuter stipend, and generous paid time off.
