Key Responsibilities

Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes by coordinating inputs, stress-testing assumptions, and building robust financial models for scenario planning and headcount.
Produce variance commentary, design KPI dashboards, and track critical SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and cohort performance.
Partner with commercial, product, and operational teams to analyze revenue performance, support hiring decisions, and provide ad-hoc investment analysis.
Actively use AI tools and partner with the Finance Systems Lead to automate recurring analyses, clean data, and streamline reporting workflows.
Assist with board and investor reporting cycles, ensuring leadership receives clear, decision-ready financial narratives.

Requirements

Strong foundational experience in FP&A, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
Possess an AI-native working style with practical daily use of AI tools to automate routine tasks and sharpen analysis.
Fluent understanding of SaaS commercial metrics and underlying business model dynamics.
Proven ability to build clean, well-structured financial models that serve operational needs.
Exceptional data storytelling skills with the ability to write crisp commentary and present to senior audiences.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and communicating clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience with or a view on dedicated FP&A and forecasting platforms.
Exposure to investor relations or fundraising processes and their associated financial narratives.
