Key Responsibilities

Analyze end-to-end investment workflows such as underwriting, screening, sourcing, relative value, and portfolio monitoring to locate high-impact insertion points for AI integration.
Deploy artificial intelligence tools into client processes using in-platform features, MCP integrations, and intelligent agents.
Manage account adoption by onboarding users, conducting enablement sessions for power users, monitoring active usage, and running formal monthly and quarterly reviews with sponsors and CIOs.
Translate frontline field observations into structured feedback for product and engineering teams, while gathering case studies and competitive intelligence for the go-to-market cycle.
Spot opportunities for account expansion involving new departments, users, or products and partner with account management for commercial follow-up.

Requirements

Three or more years of practitioner experience working at an asset manager, credit fund, or insurer.
Direct operational fluency in credit portfolio management, private credit and direct lending, CLO investing, distressed situations, or buy-side transformation and data technology functions.
Strong interest in financial technology, with hands-on experience using modern AI-native platforms or participating in technology working groups.
Capacity to navigate confidential investment pipelines with strict discipline and professional discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of engaging day-to-day analysts as well as senior leaders like portfolio managers and chief information officers.
Collaborative mindset with an outcome-oriented focus tied to actual client usage rather than meeting volume.
