What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical deep-dive discovery sessions, map complex customer infrastructure, and define success criteria for Proof of Concepts.
- Design structured migration and onboarding blueprints for DNS, Zero Trust rollouts, and WAF tuning, acting as the lead consultant for customer engineering teams.
- Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition, ongoing account growth, platform adoption, and revenue retention.
- Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews to translate platform capabilities and return on investment for C-level executives.
- Leverage AI agents, Large Language Models, and internal platforms to automate routine administrative tasks such as RFP responses and telemetry monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Enablement Team to design, build, and govern technical resources, architectural best practices, and Standard Operating Procedures.
What you need
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and Arabic, covering both written and spoken communication.
- Possess professional experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Showcase an architectural mindset with the ability to white-board and design complex enterprise network and security architectures.
- Maintain a commercial mindset with a track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
- Demonstrate technical depth in at least four specified areas including Internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI proficiency, coding or scripting, and developer platform fluency.
