Key Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, create custom architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts for Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
Manage technical onboarding, implementation, and serve as the primary contact for customers to accelerate time-to-value.
Carry a variable sales quota tied to new business, account growth, and technical Quarterly Business Reviews showcasing executive return on investment.
Maintain deep stakeholder relationships across all stages of onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion.
Utilize AI agents and automated workflows to handle routine duties such as request for proposal responses, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring.

Requirements

Background in a customer-facing technical capacity such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
Strong technical knowledge in web security, networking concepts like DNS, routing, and DDoS mitigation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
Commercial mindset with experience in a quota-carrying or revenue-generating role, alongside familiarity with SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
Exceptional presentation abilities capable of connecting technical details directly to C-suite business strategies.

Nice to Have

Hands-on background working with Cloudflare developer platforms and AI solutions including Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize.
Practical applied artificial intelligence knowledge covering prompt engineering, large language model orchestration, or RAG architectures.
Programming and scripting capabilities utilizing Python, JavaScript, or comparable languages for building custom integration scripts and API connectors.
