What you will do
- Partner with account executives to lead technical discovery, capture business requirements, and map complex customer infrastructure to tailored architectures.
- Design structured migration and onboarding blueprints while acting as lead consultant for customer engineering teams.
- Carry a variable quota tied directly to new business acquisition, account growth, platform adoption, and revenue retention.
- Lead technical quarterly business reviews to translate platform capabilities into return on investment for executive leadership.
- Utilize artificial intelligence agents and large language models to automate routine tasks like request for proposal responses and sandbox provisioning.
- Design, build, and govern technical resources and standard operating procedures to elevate the technical baseline across the organization.
What you need
- Possess professional experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, customer engineering, professional services, or sales engineering.
- Demonstrate an architectural mindset with the ability to whiteboard, design, and articulate complex enterprise network and security systems.
- Exhibit excellent consultative and advisory communication skills capable of bridging technical concepts and business outcomes.
- Show a proven track record of operating successfully within a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned commercial environment.
