This senior engineer will design and deliver robust digital banking features across both backend services and frontend interfaces, ensuring secure and scalable systems that impact millions of users. Daily responsibilities include leading the full software development lifecycle, contributing to large language model-based voice assistants, and maintaining high engineering standards.

What you will do
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from initial architectural design through release and ongoing maintenance.
- Design and deliver complex features ensuring both backend engines and frontend experiences remain performant and secure.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of LLM-based voice assistants and real-time personalization engines using OpenAI and machine learning models.
- Implement entitlements and fraud prevention services with strict attention to security, scalability, and resilience.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and help raise overall engineering standards across the team.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and UX designers in a pod-based structure to align technical solutions with business goals.
What you need
- Possess five to seven or more years of professional experience building complex, high-traffic software products.
- Demonstrate strong technical mastery in Angular and TypeScript alongside proficiency with RxJS and modern build systems.
- Apply a solid grasp of enterprise integration patterns to design systems handling complex data flows between services.
- Show excellent written and verbal English communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reside in Kraków or the nearby area with willingness to work in a hybrid model twice per week from the office.

- Experience with Vue.js
- Prior exposure to Java, Spring JPA/Hibernate, Maven, Microservices, and Netflix OSS
