What you will do
- Maintain and extend the existing mobile product offerings for the fintech industry.
- Design and build Android applications that deliver remarkable user experiences.
- Anticipate changing mobile banking trends and translate them into functional features for customers.
- Identify gaps in tooling, reduce technical debt, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery.
- Share advanced mobile development knowledge and best practices with the broader team.
What you need
- Demonstrated experience designing and building Android apps with at least one application published on Google Play.
- Strong familiarity with the Agile methodology and its application to software development.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and operate with a get-things-done attitude.
Nice to have
- Experience with Test-Driven Development and unit testing
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Bitrise or GitHub Actions
- Proficiency with testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, and Espresso
