Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist - EMEA will identify and close productivity gaps across cohorts while tracking key metrics such as deal velocity, win rates, and quota attainment. This position focuses on driving 90 and 180-day new hire success through data analysis and field observation. The person in this role will support competitive deal reviews and design targeted interventions ranging from micro-improvement plans to broad educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

Own 90 and 180-day new hire onboarding outcomes utilizing data insights and field observation.
Design and operate AI regional onboarding programs, incorporating structured curricula like MEDDPICC, SFDC, and competitive positioning alongside embedded field support.
Master the MEDDPICC framework, audit discovery quality, and coach teams on proper methodology adoption.
Partner directly with managers in one-on-one sessions to identify rep-specific barriers and enable effective leadership coaching.
Manage regional onboarding timelines, content rollouts, and act as the EMEA content lead on the enablement platform.
Leverage AI tools to draft, adapt, translate, and localize enablement materials rapidly, turning recurring questions and objections into durable reusable assets.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 7 years of sales enablement experience centered on field rep coaching and behavior change.
Bring direct enterprise sales experience dealing with complex, multi-stakeholder transactions.
Demonstrate a proven track record of diagnosing and closing skill gaps within sales teams.
Exhibit mastery in MEDDPICC or an equivalent sales methodology.
Maintain strong fluency in SFDC and AI tools, showing comfort in pulling reports and modeling productivity signals.
Display excellent program management and stakeholder communication abilities.

Nice to Have

Sales manager coaching and one-on-one development experience.
Background in competitive win and loss analysis along with field ride-along experience.
Familiarity with productivity metrics and quota attainment analysis.
Experience partnering with go-to-market or sales operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
