Role Overview

The Program Manager executes Technology Capital Builds by creating alignment across Corporate IT, Corporate Security, Real Estate, and Workplace Services. The professional designs and delivers technical solutions for facility projects, managing low voltage systems, network infrastructure, ISP connectivity, audio visual setups, and physical security scopes of work.

Key Responsibilities

Direct new site launches with reliable ISP connectivity, low voltage systems, and network infrastructure ready for daily operations.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and construction partners to meet project scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Implement audio visual systems across training areas, conference spaces, digital signage, and large gathering venues for consistent user experiences.
Integrate surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems to match enterprise security mandates.
Inform leadership regarding portfolio status, dependencies, decisions, and emerging risks.
Formulate standards, drawing packages, and specifications to maintain operational consistency across global portfolios.
Oversee procurement, budgets, and vendor investments for capital projects.
Spot and mitigate delivery risks early to secure business continuity and operational readiness.
Ensure complete system commissioning, documentation, and handover to support teams.

Requirements

Demonstrated capability in project and program management.
Familiarity with the architectural design process including schematic design, development, and construction documents.
Background in commercial real estate construction processes.
Written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience in vendor management covering vetting, RFP processes, bid responses, performance, and handover.
Knowledge of mechanical power, cooling systems, and capacity planning.
Capacity to interpret construction and engineering plan drawings.
Holds a PMP or equivalent project management certification.
