Role Overview

Scale AI is hiring a Program Manager - Growth Operations for a contract position based out of the San Francisco office. This hybrid role suits professionals with three to seven years of experience in growth, recruiting, or RecOps who want to drive end-to-end talent acquisition pipelines and optimize conversion metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the growth program from start to finish, managing top-of-the-funnel recruiting campaigns, application processing, hiring, and onboarding.
Promote the company value proposition to candidates and stakeholders while streamlining growth pipelines and enhancing the hiring experience.
Launch new growth recruiting campaigns and channels to achieve strategic business objectives.
Administer recruiting systems, specifically functioning as a Greenhouse site admin, and train team members on related tools and processes.
Maintain clean hiring data, manage internal reporting and analytics, and act as the strategic driver for data infrastructure improvements.
Identify and flag discrepancies in interview processes, hiring plans, and job descriptions to uphold data integrity.

Requirements

Three to seven years of professional background in Growth, Recruiting, or RecOps within a fast-paced, growing company.
Extensive hands-on experience utilizing Greenhouse as a Site Admin and pulling ad hoc reports using internal talent acquisition tools.
Advanced knowledge of Gsuite functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and conditional formatting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
Solid understanding of growth and recruiting pipelines, conversion metrics, and funnels.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to analyze data sets and establish process improvements.
Capacity to build cross-functional relationships and present insights confidently to senior leadership.

Nice to Have

Ability to write SQL queries.
Background working in a startup environment.
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Modernloop, Clay, and Gem.
Extreme attention to detail.
Experience or strong interest as an AI builder, AI-forward operator, or experimenter with agentic coding and AI tooling.
