About this role

Scale AI is hiring a Product Marketing Manager for the Global Public Sector team based in Doha, Qatar. This professional will lead regional growth strategy, content creation, and product marketing initiatives to build trust and adoption of AI technologies among government partners in Qatar and the wider GCC region.

Role Overview

Operating at the intersection of product marketing, regional growth strategy, and content production, this position bridges Scale AI and key government institutions. The selected candidate will turn complex, high-stakes artificial intelligence deployments into high-visibility success stories. The role reports directly to the Product Marketing Lead for the Global Public Sector and requires working closely with product, sales, delivery, and communications teams to ensure unified messaging across all touchpoints, from routine sales materials to high-level ministerial briefings.

Key Responsibilities

Produce comprehensive content including case studies, solution briefs, one-pagers, web copy, thought leadership pieces, and presentations that transform technical AI work into compelling narratives.
Evangelize national impact by collaborating with customer stakeholders to capture and package success stories demonstrating real-world technology deployment.
Support product and customer marketing by developing and localizing positioning and messaging for public sector buyers across the region.
Steward the company brand voice and visual consistency across all customer touchpoints and internal materials.
Drive campaign materials and launch copy for new solutions entering the regional market.
Partner with Global Public Sector leads to support go-to-market strategies and drive pipeline generation in new GCC markets.
Align cross-functional teams across sales, product, and delivery to maintain a clear and differentiated external voice.
Collaborate with communications teams and customer PR representatives to secure speaking engagements and media placements.
Track content and campaign performance alongside cross-functional partners.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional background in Product Marketing or Customer Marketing, ideally within high-touch enterprise SaaS, consulting, or B2G environments.
Public sector savvy with a strong understanding of government agency dynamics and the polished communication style required for senior officials.
Exceptional storytelling skills capable of converting technical deployments into human-centric or national-impact narratives.
Familiarity and experience with the GCC business landscape, including regional institutions in Qatar or the Middle East.
High autonomy and velocity in managing senior stakeholders independently.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across different time zones.
Written and/or verbal fluency in Arabic.

Nice to Have

Experience in marketing AI and machine learning infrastructure or data services.
