Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Own and develop the security, governance, and trust product as an essential part of the core platform.
Provide administrators and security leaders with clear visibility and granular control over organization-wide AI usage.
Collaborate with customer security teams, internal engineering departments, and third-party auditors to transform regulatory needs into product features.
Enable strict compliance and governance obligations so complex financial institutions can adopt AI with absolute confidence.
Build and prototype solutions in design or code to determine product viability before partnering with design and engineering teams for release.
Anticipate adversarial scenarios, edge cases, failure modes, and rigorous enterprise security standards.
Design user-friendly security workflows that transform mandatory compliance tasks into engaging and satisfying experiences.

Requirements

Solid product management or startup product experience, particularly with shipping polished, design-forward software at high-growth companies.
Exceptional visual taste, information-architecture instincts, and strong collaboration abilities with design teams.
Deep intuition regarding Large Language Models and enthusiasm for turning AI capabilities into accessible interfaces, backed by hands-on building experience.
A strong technical foundation that includes shipping code, prototyping, and collaborating deeply with engineers.
A polished and trusted presence when presenting to senior stakeholders and enterprise leaders in finance.
High-output, detail-oriented work ethic combined with low-ego collaboration and a passion for craft.

Nice to Have

A degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior professional experience working within the finance sector.
