Role Overview

The Product Manager Intern position at Aircall is an exciting opportunity for a master's student to help shape the evolution of the core platform across the Madrid and Paris offices. This role suits a curious, driven individual who wants to work cross-functionally and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with customers to collect feedback, understand pain points, and validate potential product enhancements.
Transform qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable product opportunities and roadmap recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Product teams to establish requirements and prioritize user experience upgrades.
Manage dependencies and facilitate tradeoff conversations across multiple stakeholder groups.
Track the end-to-end development cycle using agile practices to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Create Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and product demos to assist with go-to-market strategies and launches.
Analyze usage and performance data from interaction logs and analytics to spot bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
Track product metrics like latency, reliability, and usability by helping implement tracking frameworks and dashboards.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master's degree program at an engineering or business school.
Professional fluency in English.
Strong capability in conducting customer interviews, active listening, and asking targeted questions.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, navigate tradeoffs, and align dependencies with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Prior internship experience working within a product or project team.
Familiarity with SaaS business models, product development cycles, and Aircall's industry.
