Demonstrate a proven history of shipping integration, connector, or platform products that measurably impact user adoption, expansion, and retention.
Possess direct experience working with high-stakes customers and ecosystem partners.
Demonstrate technical fluency with APIs, authentication, data models, integration architecture, and the tradeoffs of first-party versus partner models.
Apply an analytical, metrics-first mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills spanning engineering, design, and field teams.
