About this role
Leading product development for identity management involves defining strategy and executing roadmaps for enterprise identity capabilities such as SSO, SCIM, and advanced administrative controls. The Enterprise Identity team builds shared identity foundations and enterprise controls for authentication, federation, provisioning, session management, and access visibility across products like ChatGPT and the API.
Professionals in this capacity collaborate closely with engineering, security, go-to-market, and customer-facing groups to design features addressing diverse compliance and security requirements. What you will do
- Define the strategy and execute the roadmap for enterprise identity, spanning SSO, SCIM, and advanced admin controls.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to design features that meet diverse enterprise security and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and GTM to evolve the enterprise identity data model for complex organizational hierarchies and administration models.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate enterprise identity across ChatGPT, API, and new product surfaces.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and reliability.
What you need
- Have ten or more years of product management experience leading large-scale enterprise products.
- Demonstrate strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Work effectively with technical teams and ship high-quality products.
- Maintain an analytical, user-focused approach and serve as an excellent cross-functional communicator.
