Role Overview

In this position, the product manager will own the primary experiences where elite finance professionals interact with Rogo. The role demands translating advanced agent capabilities into seamless interfaces that serve sophisticated users at top investment banks, private equity firms, and global financial institutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to shape how the platform looks, feels, and operates.

Key Responsibilities

Own designated product areas from initial scoping and design through to final launch and ongoing iteration.
Convert powerful AI agent capabilities into clean, intuitive, and delightful user interfaces.
Manage the entire product experience, including the core application, search functions, document handling, file management, and daily user plugins.
Drive information architecture, user flows, and final polish in close coordination with the design team.
Prototype solutions using design tools or code to determine what is worth shipping before partnering with engineering to unblock development.
Establish a rigorous bar for quality and craft to ensure every shipped feature feels exceptional.
Engage directly with sophisticated financial users to study their workflows and define upcoming product priorities.

Requirements

Strong background in product management or startup product development, having shipped polished, design-forward software.
Exceptional visual taste, strong information architecture instincts, and a proven ability to partner effectively with designers.
Deep intuition regarding large language models and genuine excitement for turning AI features into functional interfaces.
Hands-on technical foundation that includes writing code, prototyping, and collaborating deeply with engineers.
Ability to act as a trusted, polished representative of the company when interacting with senior financial stakeholders.
High-output, detail-oriented mindset combined with a collaborative, low-ego approach.

Nice to Have

A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
Prior experience working within the finance industry.
