Product Manager - C3 Code
About this role
C3 AI needs a product manager to scale C3 Code, an agentic platform that translates natural language into production software and domain-specific applications for enterprise operations. Operating within one of the company's fastest-growing business motions, the incoming product leader will own the end-to-end user journey from initial idea to deployed application while shaping how coding agents reason, orchestrate, and connect with enterprise systems.
Working shoulder to shoulder with engineering, data science, design, and forward-deployed teams, the person in this role will drive rapid iteration loops and define evaluation metrics for agent reliability and task completion. An ideal candidate combines technical fluency in AI architectures with a bias for execution, partnering closely with enterprise customers across manufacturing, energy, defense, and financial services to turn complex operational workflows into scalable product requirements.

- Define the complete user journey for the ideal customer profile and target industries building mission-critical applications.
- Own product-led growth loops including activation, onboarding, conversion, and retention to turn first-time builders into daily users.
- Triage and synthesize customer feedback and feature requests to identify the changes that maximize product impact.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers and forward-deployed engineering to translate real workflows into clear product requirements.
- Support go-to-market motions through customer demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive adoption.
