Interns will be instrumental in enhancing the Agentic AI Platform and various domain-specific AI applications by taking ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
The intern will focus on translating complex customer and technical needs into actionable product specifications. This involves defining success metrics, prototyping new features, and rigorously testing capabilities to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability. What you will do
- Write product specifications that clearly define new capabilities for the agentic AI platform and domain-specific applications.
- Define success metrics and collaborate with engineering to validate new capabilities against benchmarks for quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Build high-fidelity prototypes and conduct feature testing, providing structured feedback to engineering teams.
- Establish evaluation metrics for agent accuracy, reliability, and task completion, and pressure-test new features against them.
- Actively participate in problem-solving sessions to drive product improvements.
- Partner with product engineering, forward deployed engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to move features from discovery to launch.
What you need
- Currently pursuing an MBA is required for this internship.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar analytical field is necessary.
- Possesses excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to structure complex problems.
- Must have a conceptual understanding of agentic systems and ML & optimization models, including LLMs, agents, and tool use.
- Comfortable prototyping and building applications using agentic application building tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
