Role Overview

As a Principal Product Manager, the selected candidate will take ownership of LLMX, the internal AI platform that powers all artificial intelligence features across MaintainX. Key Responsibilities

Manage evaluation infrastructure including online eval monitoring, agent gating, and dataset promotion to maintain quality at scale.
Collaborate across the broader product organization to anticipate future feature needs and prevent bottlenecks.
Evaluate build, buy, and integrate strategies for infrastructure, models, and third-party providers while tracking developments in agentic AI.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of ten years of product management experience, specifically within developer platforms, ML infrastructure, or AI platforms.
Demonstrated history of launching production AI services used successfully by other engineering teams.
Deep understanding of model selection, agentic architectures, latency and cost optimization, evaluation frameworks, and RAG versus fine-tuning trade-offs.
