Key Responsibilities

Own the technical relationship with partners to build joint Go-To-Market strategies and accelerate partner technical capabilities for independent solution selling.
Manage the end-to-end Technical Account Plan, mapping partner goals to technical execution milestones for Cloudflare One and AI adoption.
Identify, enable, and cultivate key technical advocates within partner organizations to scale expertise and drive Partner-Influenced Opportunities.
Collaborate with sales teams to support deal validation, proofs-of-concept, demonstrations, and cutting-edge solution architecture sessions.
Own the partner journey for services delivery, co-developing joint services catalogs, managed SASE practices, and AI security assessments.
Utilize autonomous AI tools like Agent PAT and Agent Echo to automate repeatable tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
Engage partner champions in the Partner Technical Advisory Council to provide early beta access and capture raw product feedback.

Requirements

8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking in roles such as Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager.
Strong technical depth in Cloudflare One or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
Proven history of developing technical talent or building champion programs within partner organizations for complex cloud networks and AI technologies.
Deep understanding of enterprise IT, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud environments while managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication skills capable of presenting complex architectures to partner leadership and technical teams.
