What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, capture business requirements, and map complex customer infrastructure to tailored architectures.
- Design structured migration and onboarding blueprints while serving as the primary executive and engineering contact for the client.
- Maintain commercial accountability for platform adoption, revenue retention, and strategic cross-sell opportunities using product usage data.
- Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews to translate technical capabilities into return on investment for C-level executives.
- Utilize AI agents and large language models to automate routine tasks such as security questionnaire responses and sandbox provisioning.
- Collaborate with the enablement team to design and document standard operating procedures and architectural best practices.
What you need
- Possess professional experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical account management.
- Demonstrate the ability to white-board, design, and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
- Showcase excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for engineers and executives alike.
- Bring a proven track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned technical environment.
- Demonstrate technical depth in at least four domains including internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI proficiency, coding, or developer platforms.

The offered salary range is between €148,000 and €204,000.
