Role Overview

Cognition is seeking a talented Partner Director based in London or remotely to lead the creation and growth of the partner ecosystem across EMEA. This full-time sales position involves building partnerships from the ground up with the world's largest consulting firms, such as McKinsey, BCG, and Bain, to drive meaningful revenue for the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Build Cognition’s EMEA partner ecosystem from a standing start by sourcing, recruiting, enabling, and activating partners that generate platform revenue.
Act as both a hunter and a farmer to define the channel strategy, build out the partner program, support deals, and help close new business alongside partners.
Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to establish a high-leverage partner engine that accelerates company growth.
Expand the reach of Devin, the world's first AI software engineer, into ambitious technology organizations across the region.

Requirements

Bring six or more years of professional experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, sales, or strategic alliances.
Possess a strong understanding of the partner landscape along with the drive and grit required to build a revenue channel from zero in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate exceptionally high adaptability and a deep passion for the early stages of company building.
Exhibit relentless drive, boundless curiosity, deep customer empathy, and exceptional technical expertise to serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy.
Act as a collaborative team player dedicated to winning alongside product, engineering, and go-to-market peers.
