The person in this position will define go-to-market plans, lead partner onboarding, and manage joint business planning sessions with system integrators, technology partners, and cloud providers. Success in the job involves scaling partner ecosystems, tracking annual recurring revenue against targets, and serving as the internal voice of the partner.
What you will do
- Manage AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced pipeline by activating AWS sales and technical teams to deploy solutions.
- Define and execute regional partner go-to-market plans that align with corporate business objectives.
- Lead partner onboarding, training, and certification programs to equip partners to sell and manage technologies.
- Create joint co-sell motions and strategic go-to-market initiatives with key ecosystem partners.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and track sourced and influenced annual recurring revenue against targets.
- Relay partner feedback to internal product, engineering, and legal teams.
- Evangelize company vision and responsible generative AI solutions at industry events.
What you need
- Bring eight or more years of experience in channel sales, partner development, or alliance management within the tech industry.
- Possess a strong understanding of the enterprise market and key industry verticals.
- Demonstrate a track record of driving partner success through strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Navigate complex regulatory and compliance landscapes including AI ethics and government policies.
- Maintain a working understanding of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows.
- Show past experience working with hyperscalers, global consultancies, and major system integrators on joint go-to-market motions.

The salary for this role ranges from $140K to $275K and includes offers of equity.
