Manage end-to-end network delivery for office expansions and moves, establishing secure connections across offices, cloud infrastructure, and Devin environments.
Build repeatable reference architectures, configuration standards, runbooks, and deployment playbooks for a growing global footprint.
Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity utilizing telemetry and analytics to detect and resolve degradation proactively.
Implement secure, identity-aware network access, segmentation, and certificate-based authentication in partnership with the security team.
Coordinate carriers, contractors, and vendors while maintaining clear documentation and rigorous quality control.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise or campus networks.
Proven track record of building and operating networks within a hypergrowth startup setting.

Demonstrated depth in wireless RF engineering, enterprise switching, and routing for branch or large office environments.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, routing protocols, and zero-trust remote access technologies.
Experience designing for high availability, fault isolation, capacity, and scale.
Working knowledge of network security controls, such as IEEE 802.1X, NAC, AAA, RBAC, and segmentation.

Nice to Have

Experience with high-density wireless, modern Wi-Fi, or large multi-site campuses.
Background in IaaS cloud networking across AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Familiarity with advanced routing, SD-WAN, SASE, or hybrid-cloud connectivity.
Experience utilizing network telemetry and analytics tools like NetFlow/IPFIX or gNMI.
Automation proficiency using NetBox, Ansible, Terraform, or similar platforms.
Practical application of AI or AIOps to reliability, capacity planning, or incident response.
Holding a CCNP Enterprise, CWNP, or equivalent technical certification.

Skills and Tools

Python, Go, TypeScript, or other modern programming languages for automation.
AWS, Azure, and cloud infrastructure connectivity.
Terraform, APIs, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
