Role Overview
As a Member of Technical Staff on the Frontier Data team, the chosen professional will build the environments, evaluations, and datasets that expand what frontier models can achieve. This role operates at the edge of the field, requiring the identification of high-value capability gaps and the design of tasks, reward signals, and data to close them. The person in this position will write platform code to execute hundreds of thousands of tasks at scale and collaborate directly with researchers at leading artificial intelligence labs.
