Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site discovery sessions with partner executives, clinicians, and integration teams to establish scope and define success criteria prior to coding.
Lead a dedicated pod through rapid, sprint-style projects while safeguarding focus and momentum.
Direct product and feature deliverables for each engagement in coordination with the Partner Success team.
Determine building priorities, decline custom requests that lack generalizability, and route appropriate items to the core roadmap.
Collaborate with internal engineering and product groups when field operations uncover novel use cases.
Travel approximately twenty percent of the time, with higher frequency during kickoffs and deployments.

Requirements

Seven or more years of product management background delivering user-centric products with end-to-end ownership.
Demonstrated builder mindset with personal experience steering products from discovery through launch and iteration.
Exceptional user empathy, product taste, and comfort navigating complex ambiguity.
Cross-functional capability to negotiate technical trade-offs with engineers and communicate with executive hospital leadership.
Track record of managing time-bound, outcome-focused initiatives that result in live systems rather than static documentation.

Nice to Have

Background in healthcare, clinical workflows, or familiarity with electronic health record platforms like Epic.
