Driving high-impact product initiatives from discovery through launch forms the core of daily operations in London. Reporting to the VP of Product, the incoming product leader takes ownership of ambiguous problem spaces that span multiple product squads and surfaces.
Operating as both a strategist and an operator, the person in this role shapes multi-quarter roadmaps while actively unblocking execution. Success requires deep customer empathy, technical fluency with large language models, and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders without relying on formal authority.

What you will do
- Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end across areas that span multiple squads and surfaces.
- Shape product strategy and roadmap in partnership with product leadership by translating company-level goals into ambitious bets.
- Engage directly with enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover unmet needs and validate problem-solution fit.
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define requirements and navigate technical tradeoffs concerning LLMs and platform architecture.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership.
- Define and own success metrics for assigned areas using data and qualitative signal to evaluate impact.
- Raise the bar on product craft by mentoring other product managers and modeling best practices.
What you need
- Bring 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning and shipping complex products in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML environments.
- Demonstrate senior- or staff-level experience operating autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces.
- Exhibit genuine customer obsession with the ability to synthesize signal from noise and design from real workflows.
- Possess technical credibility to engage meaningfully with engineers and researchers on system design and LLM capabilities.
- Combine strong strategic thinking with relentless execution from vision setting to release planning.
- Display exceptional communication tailored for any audience from frontline engineers to executives.
Nice to have
- Experience building products powered by LLMs, generative AI, or large-scale AI/ML systems
- Background in enterprise software, developer platforms, or developer-facing products
- Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and the operational considerations of deploying AI in regulated environments
