Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior go-to-market leaders in the financial services space to design and execute strategies modernizing revenue operations through Gong's AI Operating System.
Map current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate directly to tangible business revenue outcomes.
Execute adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed the platform into daily team routines.
Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes, demonstrating return on investment and strategic value.
Own renewal strategies and execution while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Collaborate across departments to reduce churn, increase net dollar retention, and improve overall customer health for the segment.

Requirements

Ten or more years of proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts involving multiple stakeholders.
Professional background working directly with financial services customers or within the financial services industry.
Demonstrated track record of owning relationships with senior leaders, including vice presidents and C-suite stakeholders, while leading value and return on investment conversations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills paired with a data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, handle ambiguity, and demonstrate a growth mindset.

Salary and Benefits

The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $89,600 to $129,500 USD, accompanied by a 30 percent variable commission based on performance, with potential to achieve above targeted earnings. Total compensation may also include incentive compensation, bonuses, equity, and benefits.
