The OpenAI Business Marketing team helps organisations understand, adopt, and create value with artificial intelligence across diverse regional markets. This role drives end-to-end regional B2B programs in EMEA by partnering closely with consumer marketing, regional go-to-market teams, sales, and production to build cohesive campaigns.
The incoming manager will translate global product launches into locally relevant market moments while establishing EMEA-led strategies that secure commercial impact. What you will do
- Own the EMEA B2B integrated marketing strategy and quarterly plan in collaboration with consumer marketing.
- Translate audience insights, competitive context, and product truth into creative briefs across multiple marketing channels.
- Partner with regional sales, go-to-market leaders, and marketing operations on audience priorities, campaign infrastructure, and attribution.
- Orchestrate brand, creative, product marketing, communications, and production teams into a coherent audience journey.
- Serve as the primary marketing interface to production by providing decision-ready briefs and aligning scope, timing, and budgets.
- Collaborate with the global integrated marketing lead to shape international campaigns and adapt them for the EMEA region.
- Utilize artificial intelligence to enhance insights, refine workflows, test formats, and measure campaign performance.
